Skyward Health is committed to providing the best care for our patients, and that includes a Corporate Compliance Program. The Skyward Health team works to ensure it complies with all federal, state, and local rules and regulations governing health care organizations. Though the Compliance Program is designed to prevent and detect fraud, waste, and abuse based on these regulations, it also has a primary responsibility to ensure that we foster an environment where patient safety and confidentiality are top priorities.
Furthermore, Skyward Health is guided by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) which establishes national standards for the maintenance of patient health information.
